At TigreTienda, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your TigreTienda account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they meet our quality inspection standards.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
